• Terms and conditions

  • Each customer is entitled to a gift* with every mattress purchase. The customer must input one of the gift codes during check-out to receive the gift.
  • The customer is responsible for choosing the right gift* by entering the correct code.
  • The customer will have the choice to receive the gift (1) at the time it make its purchase, (2) after the 100 night trial has passed or (3) any time during the 100 night trial. Should the customer chooses option 3, he will give up his rights to the remaining days of the trial period.
  • In the event that the customer receive the gift and wants to return the mattress, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • In the event that a particular gift has ran out, the company reserve the right to offer any gift that is deemed acceptable to the customer.

• Besides receiving a gift, will I be offered sale discount on my purchase?

  Yes. You'll be able to use the discount code displayed on our online store banner on top of receiving the gift.

• What is the grand finale?

  The grand finale is the closing of the Emma birthday celebration. At it's peak, you're now able to choose the gift from the list. Simply key in the code during checkout and patiently wait for an email from the Emma HK team. You'll be able to state your preference for your preferred gift. Please note that you're not allowed to switch the gift once your choice is made. Gifts available are also subjected to limited availability which will be announced every 2 days. The same terms and conditions applies.

• How does the birthday event work?

  • A list of gifts will be published on our online store site. There will be a total of 7 gifts.
  • Each gift correspond to a code.
  • During the promotional period, simply key in the code for the gift and your discount code during check out.
  • Once your order has been successfully placed, you'll receive an e-mail from the Emma HK team regarding your gift.
  • You'll have the option to decide if (1) you want to receive your gift today, (2) receive your gift after the 100 night trial has passed or (3) receive the gift any time during the 100 night trial.
  • Respond to the e-mail with your preference and we'll arrange it accordingly.

• What happens to the gift* if I return my mattress during the 100 night trial?

  If you have receive the gift and decide to return the mattress under the trial programme, the value of the gift will be deducted in the refund amount. If you have not receive the gift and decide to return the mattress under the trial program, you will be entitled to receive the full refund amount.

• Can I receive my gift during the 100 night trial period?

  Yes, you can. However, by doing so, you will be giving up your rights to the remaining days of the trial period. In other words, you will not be entitled to return your mattress thereafter.

  Simply write to us at [email protected] whenever you want to claim your gift between the 100 night trial and we'll proceed for you accordingly.

• How will it work if I want to claim my gift only after the 100 night trial?

  Once you have reached the end of the 100 night trial, simply write in to us at [email protected] or wait for us to drop you an e-mail regarding your gift. We'll then proceed accordingly and have your gift shipped to you.

• Will I receive the gift together with my mattress if I choose to have the gift today?

  No, you will receive the gift on a different day. It will take up to 10 days for you to receive the gift.
