• Terms and Conditions

  • All existing customers with an order number can take part in this said event.
  • The video content must submitted to Emma before 30th July 2020.
  • The video has to be about your feedback and thoughts about Emma’s products and service.
  • The video must display the customer (face reveal not compulsory) and showcase Emma’s products.
  • The length video should be 30 – 120 secs long.
  • The video must include audio.
  • The video has to be posted on one of the following platforms: Emma HK official Facebook page (@my.emma.mattress), or the customer’s personal Facebook page whilst tagging us @my.emma.mattress
  • The winners of this campaign will be announced on 30th July 2020.
  • A total of 35 available gifts on a first come first serve basis.
  • Should the gifts that you have chosen is no longer available, Emma reserves the final right to issue another gift of a similar price range
  • By sending the video to [email protected], the participant agrees and gives consent to Emma for using and editing the video for further publishing and other promotional purposes on Emma’s official platforms which includes but not limited to our official site and social media platforms.
  • The description of Emma's product and service in the vieo must be authentic. Should the information in the video is found to be not matching Emma's terms, we reserve the right to request editing of the video.
  • Emma Matratzen GmbH reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes

• Can I still take part if I do not want to reveal my face?

  Yes, definitely! We value your privacy as much as you do! Feel free to add special visual effect via software editing or wear costumes such as mask, hat or glasses to cover your face.

• What should be included in the video content?

  The video should be an review video about your feedback and opinions of our products, whereas there are no straight restrictions on the content nor will we impose any restrictions as for the format.

• What is the specifications on the format of the video?

  There are no special specifications, feel free to go creative and use any visual or audio effect!

• If you need some further guidelines......

  We suggest you to cover the following areas: your thoughts of before and after using Emma, your review on our products, product and / service quality etc......

• I want to take part, how should I participate in the event?？

  • All current and previous customers can take part.
  • Publish the video to at least one of the following social media platforms: Emma Hong Kng Facebook Page (@my.emma.mattress) or your personal Facebook page tagging us before 30th July 2020. Please refer to the terms and conditions for further details
  • Send your video and order number (that you purchased your Emma product with) to [email protected],and let us know your choice of gift
  • We will then reply to you by email to inform you of the winners of the campaign and the gifts delivery arrangement

• I am still eligible for the 100 nights free trial, do I have to return the gifts should I decide to return the mattress?

  No, but we retain the rights to publish and use your video for further promotional purposes.

• How long does it take for me to receive my gifts?

  It takes roughly 7-14 working days.
