All individual layers of the Emma® BoxBed comply with the OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class 1 (16.0.93305). This quality mark is only awarded if the product is free of harmful substances and represents the highest standard. It is suitable for infants.
1. Do I have to use the Emma® mattress for this, or would another mattress be okay? -- You can use any mattress or topper if you’re after the box spring effect. But for the best sleeping experience and all-around support, we recommend Emma® mattresses.
2. If I assemble the frame the wrong way, does this void my warranty? -- Yes, incorrect assembly will invalidate your bed’s warranty. But we do include the tools and brochure you need with your delivery, so this shouldn’t be an issue. We highly recommend you to watch our Easy Assembly video above which should help.
Every online order at Emma is eligible for free delivery and return within Hong Kong. Next day delivery only applies to order placed before 12 pm.
