10 Years Warranty

We offer a 10-year warranty on all Emma mattresses, and your rights vary depending on the place of purchase.

This warranty applies only to mattresses sold by https://www.emma-mattress.hk or authorized dealers and will be effective immediately upon receipt of the mattress. In order to ensure a smooth processing procedure, you must provide relevant photos and proof of purchase of the defect products to exercise your warranty rights. We also reserve the right in asking you to return the relevant mattress back to Emma Matratzen GmbH or an authorized third-party logistics partner for inspection.

The warranty covers only:
• Defects in workmanship and materials or under normal domestic use including core material tear, structural defects and damage
• Damage to the zipper or bed cover
• The mattress produces a depression greater than 25 mm or a total depression area of ​​10% or more
• The original purchase address and consignee of the receipt display
• Beds sold by https://www.emma-mattress.hk or authorized dealers
• Hong Kong only

The warranty does not cover:
• Personal preferences (such as preference for bed softness, texture, material, appearance, smell, etc.)
• Any normal wear and tear (including body indentation, lint ball, material oxidation, fading or softness, etc.)
• Any manmade damage (such as cuts caused by sharp objects or foreign objects, scratches, cracks, accidental burning marks, stains, stains, improper bending, etc.)
• Any damage caused by mishandling or external environment (such as mold, discoloration or odor caused by moisture; shrinkage and deformation caused by improper cleaning detergents, washing at or expose to high temperatures, etc.)
• Non-structural fine flaws that do not affect using experiences (such as lines appearance, thread ends, fabric stitching, etc.)
• Replace any undamaged parts of Emma Mattress
• Any Emma mattress sold through unofficial channels
• Any bed that is sold as a non-new product (ie second-hand, donation, transfer, etc.)
• +/- 2 cm in bed size (length, width) error
• Damage caused by improper use of bed frame (such as uneven height, poor support, fine mesh, etc.)
• Abnormal or non-domestic use of Emma Mattress
• Any area outside Hong Kong
• Beds that locate out of the original shipping address
• Any related transportation and disposal costs
• Any situation involving medical or health problems (eg allergies, discomfort, back pain, etc.)
